This decorative map details the southern portion of Greece from the Epirus and Thessaly regions south to include Crete. There is excellent detail of the region's many islands. It features many ancient place names. At bottom left there is a very interesting architectural title cartouche that features Isis, a chariot race, the Colossus at Rhodes, and more. There is an alternative title across the top of the map: Graeciae Pars Meridionalis.
