This set includes the volumes II and III of Koeman's original six-volume reference, a "Bibliography of terrestrial, maritime and celestial atlases and pilot books, published in the Netherlands up to 1880." Volume II spans from Blusse to Mercator and includes works by Braun and Hogenberg, Covens and Mortier, Danckerts, Hondius, de Jode, and more. Volume III covers Merula through Zeegers and includes works by Ortelius, Ottens, Tirion, the Visschers, de Wit, and more. Vol. II, 549 pages; Vol. III, 220 pages. Hardbound in publisher's blue cloth with titles printed on front covers and spines. A most valuable reference with Dutch and English text.
