This charming pictorial map was designed by Alfred E. Taylor. It focuses on the roads in Ireland with tiny vignettes of historical sites and places of importance. Quotes from various Irish authors are scattered throughout the map. This map was created for Esso, previously known as the Anglo American Oil Company, a foreign affiliate of Standard Oil.
