Contemporary outline and wash color in the map with later color in the cartouche on a sturdy sheet with the watermark of a Maltese cross encircled in rosary beads. There is light toning and soiling in the image, an archivally repaired centerfold separation at bottom, and dampstains along the edges of the sheet, entering the image in the bottom corners.
