This 32-page magazine was published by the Hawaii Tourist Bureau and features extensive color illustrations throughout the text and four pictorial maps by Ruth White. The maps include Oahu, Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii and measure approximately 14.7 x 11.3". They are very colorful and drawn in a whimsical, humorous style much like Jo Mora's celebrated work of the same period. Cartoonish characters populate each with major roads and points of interest noted, which actually make them fairly useful maps for the tourist. Each has a ribbon title banner and a descriptive cartouche. Additional background information about each island flanks the maps at right. Quarto, pictorial paper covers.

The maps are in very good condition, with a short crease on the Kauai map. Covers are lightly soiled with short edge tears and shelf wear. Corners are somewhat creased.
