This is a facsimile edition of the Bradford map of New York City (21.9 x 16.9"), with only 3 original examples known. It originally appeared in the report of the Secretary of the Treasury on the warehousing system which shows the development of the docks in New York City. Attached to the facsimile map is an extended map by Edward Ewen (34.0 x 3.8") detailing the plans for a pier along the North River.

Condition: B+

Both maps were issued folding with light offsetting. On the Bradford facsimile, there is a small hole in the top left corner of the border and another chip and a few edge tears that are confined to the blank margins.
