This promotional pocket map was offered by the department store, Grands Magasins du Louvre, for the Paris Colonial Exhibition in 1931. The map shows the grounds of the exhibition, naming roads and highlighting key buildings. On verso is a transportation map of Paris to guide tourists to the Grands Magasins du Louvre. The Paris Colonial Exhibition was a six-month exhibition of the diverse cultures and resources of France's colonial possessions. Map folds into printed paper covers.
