This unusual sheet contains 9 illustrations depicting some of the volcanic wonders of the world including Vesuvius and Etna, Pichincha and Antisana, and Teneriffe. The Plan of Graham Island at bottom shows a spectacular eruption as seen on July 18, 1831. The plan is flanked by a comparative view of the principal volcanoes of the world.
