An attractive souvenir booklet by M. Kashower Company containing 40 early images of Los Angeles and vicinity. Includes illustrations of Exposition Park, Pacific Palisades, the Automobile Club of Southern California, an Ostrich Farm, and a peculiar scene of two children "joy riding" at the California Alligator Farm. The front wrapper features an illustration of a passenger train passing through a lush orange grove. There are no past sales records or institutional examples located on OCLC.

Internally very clean and bright. Wrappers have light wear with chips in the corners of the front wrapper.
