A. The Tenth Olympic Games Los Angeles California July 30 – Aug. 14 '32, by Mary Hall Atwood, (21.9 x 17.3"). This promotional map of southern California was published by the Union Oil Company for the 1932 Summer Olympics. It covers the region from Santa Monica east to Azusa, and the San Fernando Valley south to Long Beach with Olympic venues identified including Olympic Park, Marathon Course, Bicycle Start/Finish, Olympic Village and more. Surrounded by three strip maps featuring highways along the Pacific Ocean and the Palm Desert. The verso contains an additional map of the "Olympic City" and a calendar of events. Self-folding with illustration of the Olympic Stadium on the front wrapper (4.0 x 9.5").

B. Xth Olympiad Los Angeles, Cal. 1932 Visitors' Guide Showing Main Street Arteries Various Points of Interest and Location of Contiguous Cities and Towns, by Noordwal & Sons, (16.0 x 22.5"). This map promoting the 1932 Olympic Games covers the greater Los Angeles region from Pasadena south to Long Beach and from Santa Monica east to Montebello showing the "main traffic arteries, various points of interest and location of contiguous cities and towns." The map locates Olympic venues in red overprinting and features small insets of the Olympic Stadium, Marathon Course, and Long Beach Marine Stadium. Verso includes a “Detailed Daily Program," a “General Program” for the Olympics, and promotional text for California Bank. Self-folding (4.0 x 8.5") with the entrance to Olympic Stadium depicted on the front wrapper. Only one past sale record located (Old World Auctions). A scarce and desirable Olympics item.
