This scarce 16-page pamphlet written by Jonathan Ellsworth Perkins was published by the Christian Nationalist Crusade in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The pamphlet's centerfold features a map of the southeastern United States showing a "proposed negro communist state" extending from Washington DC to the Florida border and west to Louisiana and eastern Texas. Text following the map explains that it is "“an exact copy of a map taken out of the files of the Communist Party…It represents 120,000 square miles. About 10 million white people will have to be driven out of their homes…THIS MAP WAS REPUBLISHED AND EXHIBITED BY COMMUNIST LEADERS AS LATE AS JANUARY 1947.” J.E. Perkins was a minister who wrote extensively promoting an especially vitriolic anti-Communist, anti-Black and anti-Semitic message. He ends the disturbing pamphlet with the following: "God save America against all the filthy plots of Christ-hating Communism, one of which is to destroy the dignity, leadership and purity of the white race."
