This highly decorative and very attractive map of the vicinity Oldenburg and Bremen shows the Jadebusen and the estuary of the Weser. The topography and towns are beautifully detailed with nice representations of the forests and river system. A nice compass rose orients the north to the right. Ornate cartouches enclose the title and distance scales. Blank verso.

A fine impression on watermarked paper with contemporary color. There are a couple spots of light soiling and a few chips in the margins, well away from the map image.
