This finely engraved map covers the Persia, extending to the Persian Gulf. A misshapen Mar di Bachau (Caspian Sea) is prominently featured. Latin text on verso, published in either 1562 or 1564.

A crisp impression on watermarked paper with light toning along the centerfold, marginal foxing, and minor printer's ink residue.
