This real estate map was published by J.S. Asbury in Miami Beach and presents the original subdivision plan for Golden Beach, a small beach town north of Miami nestled between the Intra-Coastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean and incorporated in 1929. The plan shows 19 blocks that were divided into 675 parcels. At the time of this map's publication, approximately 135 (20%) of the parcels had been sold, suggesting this map was published shortly after its incorporation. Today, Golden Beach has remained an upscale residential community of about 364 single family homes, many owned by celebrities. Only one past sales record located in the last 30 years and no institutional examples located on OCLC.
