This large-format map of Oklahoma depicts the expanding railroad network in the state. The various lines are color-coded to a key at bottom left identifying 23 railroads and 9 electric railways including the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe, Missouri, Kansas & Texas, and the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific to name a few. Decorated by a large illustration of a rail car and a gushing oil well. Drawn by Clyde Simmons and published by the engineering department of the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma.
