This detailed folio covers the Austin region and was part of the Geological Survey's project to make a complete geological atlas of the United States. The volume includes three maps of Austin including topographical, geological, and structure section maps. The volume includes a 7-page "Description of the Austin District" by Robert T. Hill and T.
