This matched set of 3 miniature maps were published in the section on Ireland from Bertius' geographical treatise. The maps depict Leinster, County Meath, and County Carlow in eastern Ireland. Each map is beautifully engraved with a strapwork title cartouche. While the majority of the maps for Bertius' geographical treatise were engraved by Jodocus Hondius Jr. after Mercator, the individual maps of England, Scotland, and Ireland were engraved by Salomon Rogiers after John Speed. Latin text on verso. Sizes vary slightly.
