This detailed road map shows the estuary of the River Maas and extends from Gouda south to Goeree-Overflakkee. Cities, such as Rotterdam, Delft, and Brielle, are depicted with miniature bird's-eye plans. A compass rose orients north to the top right, and the map is further adorned with sailing ships and a strapwork title cartouche featuring fish on the line. French text on verso, published between 1643-50.
