This attractive map of the eastern region of Poland is centered approximately on Warsaw with the Vistula River running diagonally across the map. The title cartouche is a large stone monument decorated with flowers and attributes the cartography to the Polish atlas of Rizzi-Zannoni, a famous astronomer, surveyor & mathematician. Engraved by G. Zuliani, with lettering by G. Pitteri.

A nice impression with full contemporary color on a sheet with a three crescent moons watermark. There is light toning along the centerfold.
