The maps are followed by 22 pages of epilogue and bibliography in German. Published in Gutersloh by Heinz Peter. Hardbound in brown boards with gilt insignia on cover, gilt title on spine, and an illustrated dust jacket protected by Mylar. Includes a cardboard slipcase.
