This small map shows the entire east coast of Florida as well as Cuba, Haiti and the Bahamas. The line of the Florida East Coast Railway is prominently depicted in red overprinting with information pertaining to various settlements and hotels along the route shown alt left. The railway ends in Miami and is described as "Miami, the future Metropolis of Florida...Lots for rich and poor...Lands capable of raising tropical fruits." The verso contains additional hotel information. The map is accompanied by a 32-page promotional brochure filled with illustrations, informative text and a hotel listing. Title page indicates it was published "for the season of 1900-1901."

The folding map is near fine with a hint of pleasant light toning. Brochure text is clean and bright. Paper wrappers have separated, with the map still attached to the rear wrapper.
