This promotional piece for "Flor-A-Mar Gulf Harbors" is an "Artist's Concept" created by Hal Boyer. The map extends from Port Richey south to Sarasota, including the cities of Tampa and St. Petersburg. It demonstrates the development's convenience to the highway network and access to larger cities in the vicinity, with numerous points of interest identified throughout the map. While the initial concept of Flor-A-Mar would end in bankruptcy after selling only 2 homes in 1963, the development reorganized under the name Gulf Harbors and became a very popular area for homebuyers in the late 1960s. We found no past sales records or institutional examples located on OCLC.

There is some light foxing, an extraneous crease adjacent to the centerfold, and a short edge tear on the right sheet edge that has been closed on verso with archival tape. A few small edge tears and chips are confined to the bottom blank margin.
