This copper engraved chart includes Florida and extends to show all of the Windward Islands, plus much of Mexico and Central America. Arrows indicate the trade winds. Dashed lines indicate the track of the Spanish Galleons and the flotilla from Vera Cruz to Havana. This handsome chart is embellished with a decorative rococo-style cartouche and compass rose. Published in the February 1762 issue of Gentleman's Magazine.

Issued folding on watermarked paper with light soiling along one fold and in the right blank margin. There is minor extraneous creasing along the right fold and a couple faint dampstains in the margins.
