This sheet with Cyrillic text contains four charts of ports in the Baltic Sea. At upper left is the Oresund including Copenhagen and Malmo, followed by Stockholm (upper right), Karlskrona (lower left) and Straslund, Germany (lower right). Each is filled with good navigational detail including soundings, shoals, anchorages, offshore islands, and compass roses with rhumb lines. Italian manuscript place names augment the Cyrillic text.

On paper with a Maltese cross encircled in rosary beads. There are light dampstains at top and bottom. Two small worm tracks are located along the upper centerfold and the bottom margin has been extended.
