This map centers on a miniature fortified plan of Namur at the confluence of the Sambre and Meuse rivers. There is nice detail of rivers and forests, and many towns are named, including Gembloux, Charleroi, Walcourt, Dinant, and Huy. Engraver Jacob Harrewyn is credited in the vignette around the title at top right, which shows soldiers, a coat of arms, river gods, and more. Another illustration above the distance scales shows some trees. North is oriented to the top right corner.
