This autographed photographic portrait of President Richard Nixon is addressed to Judge Eugene Worley. The photographic print is pasted onto a sheet of card stock on which the hand-written inscription appears. The sheet of cardstock has been pasted onto a piece of matboard with a card printed with "The President" below.

Provenance: from the estate of Eugene Worley, member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Texas's 18th district (1941-50), chief judge of the United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals (1959-72), and senior judge of the United States Court of Customs and Patent Appeals (1972-74).
