This is the southern half of a highly detailed two-sheet map of Miami Beach compiled by R.M. Davidson, former City Engineer, and C.W. Tomlinson, City Clerk. It extends from Fisher Island north to the Nautilus neighborhood showing street names, individual parcels, schools, parks, golf courses, and more. The Miami Beach Casino, the most famous of the city's bathing casinos, is located between 22nd and 23rd streets just to the south of Roney Plaza. It would later be named the Roman Pools and finally the Everglades Cabana Club. Originally compiled in 1920 and updated here to 1929. We found no past sales records or institutional examples for this early edition map.
