This playfully raunchy pictorial map highlights Nevada's thriving sex work industry. Along the state's highways it identifies various brothels with a star and their names in bold red letters. In the center of the state, a shabby but determined prospector-type wanders through the desert using this very map as his guide as he prowls for entertainment. The map is surrounded by illustrations packed with silly puns and not-so-subtle innuendo about the irresistible draw of dens of sin like the Kit Kat Ranch. Despite the taboo subject matter, the map's sense of humor is more MAD Magazine than Penthouse. The art is credited to Bob McGuiness. Published by B.B. McGee, Inc., in Carson City, Nevada. Just in case there was any confusion, a disclaimer below the map at bottom left states, "Sold as a novelty only."
