This promotional map was published by the Wisconsin Conservation Department to promote tourism in the state. It is absolutely filled with scenes illustrating the recreational opportunities available including fishing, boating, swimming, hunting, and more. Text beneath the title further encourages the reader to visit: "Glorious summer climate, incomparable natural beauty, world famous fishing waters, unexcelled opportunities for all outdoor activities, beckon you to 'Relax in Wisconsin Where Friends and Nature Meet'." Further decorated by a scroll title cartouche and compass rose incorporating a gun, fishing rod, and bow.
