This superb map of the Prussian Empire covers present day Poland, Lithuania, and the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad (here Koningsperg). The map is filled with detail of towns, political boundaries, rivers, lakes, and forests. This is the third state of the map with a dedication to Nicolaus von Bodeck at bottom left and the addition of a graticule. Blank verso.

A sharp impression with full contemporary color on a bright sheet with light soiling, a few extraneous creases, and dampstains in the bottom margin. There are some cracks caused by the oxidation of the green pigment that have been archivally repaired on verso.
