This finely detailed map of southern Brabant is copied from Hondius' map of the region. It shows many place names, forests, rivers, roads, and more. Several towns and cities are depicted in miniature plan form, including Brussels, Leuven, Mechelen, Dendermonde, and Namur. The most notable difference between the Hondius map and De Wit's version is the title cartouche at bottom right, which in De Wit's rendering features three putti with surveying gear.
