This handsome map is approximately centered on Berlin, showing portions of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg, and northwestern Poland. The map extends west to Schwerin, south to Wittenberg (Magdeburg), and east to Koszalin, Poland. Dozens of towns are depicted as miniature castles. The map is adorned with two strapwork cartouches and a stippled sea. This is the first state. Latin text on verso.
