Designed by Walter O. Green, this attractive pictorial map emphasizes the hunting and fishing available in Colorado. It is printed on paper with imitation wood grain, giving it an appealing, rustic look appropriate for its outdoorsman theme. Illustrations of antelope, buckhorn, deer, elk, bear, pheasant, ducks, quail, and trout are located throughout the landscape. There is nice topographical detail. A mountain lion perches along the border at top left, and an antelope appears in the center of the compass rose. Self-folds into a pamphlet with more information for hunters and a charming foldout nature scene, also illustrated by Green.
