This beautifully engraved map covers the northern and western portions Denmark. The map is filled with minute detail of fortresses, cities, towns and tiny villages. Adorned by a very decorative title cartouche flanked by local herders and a distance scale cartouche held up by a putto.

Condition: B+

A sharp impression with full contemporary color with minor toning, light offsetting, and an archivally repaired tear in the left margin, just entering the border.
