This map is centered approximately on Legnica (Lignitz) and extends to include the cities of Lublin, Jawor, and Lwówek Śląski. At top left is a handsome panoramic view of the fortified city of Legnica and an ornate coat of arms. The map is dedicated to Georgius Rodulfus, the duke of Silesia, by Ionas Scultetus.
