This intricate and boldly engraved map of the French-Italian border shows the source of the Po in the Cottian Alps. It extends from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne to Turin, centering on Sauze d'Oulx. The mountainous topography of the region is well depicted. Towns and cities, roads, rivers, and historical battle sites are located. Two distance scales appear in the border at top. This later issue omits Delisle's imprint from the title.
