There are several interesting historical notations as well including "First American Declaration of Independence Signed Here 1774" above Hockingsport and the "Law Office Where First Republican Natl. Platform Was Written 1856" above Jefferson. Additional illustrations include "Oliver Hazard Perry Step. 10, 1813 Battle of Lake Erie" at top and "Pioneers Going Down the Ohio River on a Flatboat" at bottom. Further decorated by a compass rose in Lake Erie and the state seal above the title. Backed on linen and mounted on rollers.
