This decorative map of Yorkshire is centered on York and is filled with details of tiny towns, mountains, forests, and rivers. The map is dedicated to Prince James, Duke of York, and is handsomely embellished with three coats of arms and two cartouches featuring a putto and fishermen. Dutch text on verso, published between 1648-62.
