This uncommon map is filled with details on towns, archbishoprics, castles, and more, outlined in a legend at bottom right. A note at the top of the map explains the political divisions within Ireland. The decorative title cartouche features the head of Medusa and soldiers prepared for battle.

Condition: A

A crisp impression on a bright sheet with a Society of Jesus watermark. There are a couple of short tears in the left blank margin that have been closed on verso with archival tape. A strip of brown paper tape is along the top edge of the sheet.
