This attractive photorealistic bird’s-eye by Samuel Freedman promises to be "a complete guide of what to do where to go and what to see" with "every point of interest before your eyes." It shows all of Manhattan along with portions of the Bronx, Brooklyn, Long Island, and New Jersey. Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty, and Governors Island are prominent at the bottom of the map. The Brooklyn, Manhattan, Williamsburgh, Queensboro, and George Washington bridges are all depicted. Includes an inset map showing the “Principal Theatres and Shopping District" and numerous points of interest below the map. Signature of "Spofford N.Y." appears at bottom right. Labels on the brochure's front and back read, "Compliments of Chamber of Commerce State of New York." Self-folding into pictorial paper wrappers (3.7 x 9.0").
