This rare and massive pictorial map was published by Casa Editrice A. Mondadori, now the largest publishing house in Italy. It showcases the resources and industry across the various regions. Notable towns and cities are named and accompanied by small illustrations of their chief exports. Tables along the bottom of the map divide the country into its regions and lists the major industries and products of the major cities. The landscape is strewn with barrels and bottles of specific vino, livestock, crops, vehicles, factories, and more. Vatican City is pictured in Rome. The map highlights Sardinia's industry as well. Fish, eels, and different types of ships fill the waters. At top right is a decorative title cartouche that incorporates Italian flags and the logo for Joseph Personeni, Inc. La Cosa Italianissima, an Italian exports shop with locations in New York, San Francisco, and Montreal. Printed in Verona. This is the only example of this map that we have seen on the market. Mounted on heavy linen.
