This is a fascinating map of the region of the eastern Mediterranean through the Middle East. The conquests of Alexander the Great are noted, as well as the travels of Apostle Paul. There are notations throughout the map, noting the "Seven Wonders of the Ancient World," depicted with tiny vignettes. Tables of French text appear above and below the map.
