This small map of North America features a River of the West reaching close to the headwaters of the Mississippi River. Florida is divided into East and West, and a massive Louisiana Territory takes up much of the central United States. Cenis is named in the region that would become Texas, while New Albion and Quivira appear in the West. A series of four mountain ranges rise in the western basin. Engraved by Samuel Neele.
