The engravings include the ceremony of the recognition of the princes of Asturias in Madrid; the capture of the Castle of Alicante, Spain; the conquest of Tournai, Belgium; the Battle of Poltava, Ukraine; battle in the Savoie region in France; Balaguer, a city in Catalonia; a battle in Blangies (Blaugies?) in Hainaut, Belgium; a battle in Mons, Belgium; and a Danish fleet sailing from Copenhagen. A remarkable and rarely seen issue from Schenk's iconographic history of the War of Spanish Succession.
