This lot contains 23 maps, plan, views and illustrations from Don Juan Alvares de Colmenar's Les Delices de l'Espagne et du Portugal. Of particular interest in this group are plans of Seville, Madrid and Braga as well as a folding panoramic view of Barcelona (17.3 x 4.5"). Also included is the title page from volume one, which features a lovely pastoral scene with Spain's coat of arms at center. 21 sheets measure approximately 6.5 x 5.0", along with the folding view (17.3 x 4.5") and small plan (5.0 x 2.7") of Barcelona.
