This small double-hemisphere world map depicts the Island of California with a Ter. de Jesso extending from the Asian mainland. Only Florida and New Mexico are named in North America, and the entire northwest portion of the continent is blank. Australia is presented as an amorphous land mass spanning both spheres, though New Guinea appears to be distinct from the mainland. Only a partial western coastline of New Zealand is shown, and it appears to be attached to a large southern landmass. Issued in Duchesne's La Science de la Jeune Noblesse.
