This apparently rare promotional map and business directory of Cape Cod was produced by Llyod Mader in Hyannis. The basic map at center shows unnamed roads in red overprinting and numerous towns and villages stretching from New Bedford to Provincetown. There are large local advertisements for the Hyannis Inn, New Bedford Public Market, Idlehour Theater, and Nickerson Lumber Company within the map image and many more along the border and on verso. Self-folding (3.6 x 8.5”). No past sales records located in the last 30 years. Additionally, although the front wrapper indicates it was “published annually,” OCLC has no record of this map and guide in any year.
