Two maps on one sheet, both with decorative strapwork cartouches. The map on the left shows the course of the Rhine River in Westphalia from Xanten (Santen), past Duisberg to Cologne. It is inset with maps of the plan and fort at Murz. The second map shows route of the Rhine on its exit into the ocean near Rotterdam, where it meets the Meuse River. This map extends south past Namur and east to Bonn. It is inset with a plan of the fortifications of Middelaer. French text on verso, published in 1628 or 1632.

Condition: A
A dark impression on a bright sheet with several creases that have been pressed flat and reinforced on verso. There are professional repairs to a hole along the centerfold with a minor amount of the border replaced in facsimile, as well as to two small holes in the blank margins.
