A handsome map of Italy, Greece, Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica, Hungary, a portion of Turkey and the Balkans. The course of the Danube River prominently crosses to the Black Sea, and a small inset in the Tyrrhenian Sea shows the source of the Danube. A nice impression with contemporary color in the map and later color in the cartouche, on a bright, watermarked sheet. There is light toning along the centerfold, several small worm holes, and marginal soiling.
