This lovely set of maps, views and engravings was issued in the fifth volume of John & Awnsham Churchill's A Collection of Voyages and Travels. The fifth volume was written by John Barbot, Agent-General of the Royal Company in Africa, with secondary title A Description of the Coasts of North and South Guinea; and of Ethiopia Inferior, Vulgarly Angola: Being a New and Accurate Account of the Western Maritime Countries of Africa. The plates are all double-page and measure around 14 x 10", with the exception of the last two plates which are single-page. The list includes:
